Joseph graduated from Scottsdale culinary institute with an associates degree in business studies and a le cordon bleu certification in culinary arts. After graduation, he worked for various fine dining and smaller upscale restaurants before moving to Prescott and hiring on as a lead cook for Capital Canyon Club and eventually taking the chef position at the club. As chef of Capital Canyon Club, Joseph has continued to expand his culinary skills doing chef tables, wine pairings and other member events such as theme nights.
