The Clubhouse Restaurant
Delectable dining options are abundant at Capital Canyon Club. A native stone, floor-to-ceiling fireplace provides the focal point for the warm and inviting fine dining in the Capital Room, with a private room for up to 12 guests as a more intimate option for special occasions and meetings. Casual offerings are available in the Club and Canyon rooms.
